I built Opending on my own, because I want to help storytellers turn their stories into films.
I kept seeing people with great story ideas stop early — not because the story wasn't good, but because they got tangled in clicking around and worrying about script formatting: margins, scene headings, the "right" way to write dialogue.
What matters is one thing: the story gets finished. So Opending is built to be as simple as possible — no fuss, no formatting headaches. Just write, and let the story get done first.
